Main results

The end-of-year figures for 2007 are certainly very positive, both in overall terms and with specific reference to the results achieved in each area. In particular, the effectiveness of a whole range of operations (redevelopments, usage rationalisations and leasing, as well as those activities more closely geared towards compiling information on the managed property portfolio) is made clear not only by the figures but also by the quality and importance of the initiatives undertaken. In actual fact, it is the Agency’s capacity – further developed over the past year – to serve as a promoter and catalyser for complex property operations, involving a wide variety of local authorities and private companies, which is one of the main achievements of the past 12 months.
